Frequently Asked Questions

Who Attends Pole Show Classes And Courses?
Pole show classes are for all shapes, sizes and ages. Weather you’re the next up and coming Stringfellows star or looking for a new fun way of getting fit and feeling confident about yourself this is for you. Classes are tailored to your requirements. So come on don’t be shy let us release the showgirl in you!

What Do I Wear?
We advise you to wear loose clothing that does not restrict your movement or contact with the pole. A vest top with hot pants or running shorts is perfect to wear to classes. If you’re a bit nervy of flashing the flesh long skirts or long T shirts is also fine. Ideally you want to be able to stick to the pole so the more skin we can attach to the pole the better.

What do I Wear On My Feet?
As for footwear either barefoot, low heeled knee boots are perfect or low heeled sandals or dance shoes. If you’re feeling really daring stripper shoes are fine although we advise you learn the tricks and moves before doing them in these.

Im Shy And A Bit Nervous Of Attending A Class?
If you can come along to a class that is great as you will meet lots of like minded people. But if the thought is too intimidating that’s not a problem we do private lessons at your own home for just you or you and a small group of friends.

Our aim is to improve your confidence among other things. We do not do anything dangerous or embarrassing we are about fun and fitness. At the end of the day we want you to enjoy your experience with us and come back again!

Is There Anything Else You Teach?
We also aim to teach you safe and effective exercises that you can do at home and dance moves you can do when out and no pole is available.
