Lessons & Classes
Pole show lessons is for ladies (and gents) of all shapes and sizes regardless of age, shape, fitness level or confidence. Each class is tailor made to suit you! The most important thing is that you have fun.

Classes are held at various venues or if you’re too shy to come to a class or just fancy a girly night with friends we can come to you! With a fully portable pole, venue is not a problem.

Classes aim to improve your co-ordination, posture, mobility and flexibility and most importantly your confidence and self image. I want you to have fun and leave realising what a sexy attractive woman you are!

Shows/Events
My team and I also do promotional shows in clubs, pubs and for private events and functions for those who want something a little different at their event that will have guests talking about it for along time afterwards.

We are not strippers and none of our shows at present involve full topless or nudity although costumes can be risqué.

If your venue does not have poles as long as you have a solid floor and a joisted/solid ceiling one of our portable poles can be installed for the event.
